Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fulfillment Manager at Lea Clothing Co. in Noida. The Fulfillment Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks related to inventory management, team leadership, customer service, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes.

  • Managing the fulfillment team: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of associates
  • Managing the order fulfillment process: Overseeing the logistics of order fulfillment, including inventory management and order processing
  • Meeting customer expectations: Ensuring a great customer experience and meeting shipping promises
  • Analyzing data: Using data to make supply chain decisions
  • Collaborating with partners: Working with external partners, such as 3PLs
  • Maintaining standards: Maintaining safety, quality, performance, and service standards
  • Improving processes: Working to improve processes and optimize fulfillment center operations

  • Analytical Skills and Inventory Management
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
