Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager – Corporate Finance
Location:
Gurgaon
Experience:
3–5 years in project/corporate finance, preferably within infrastructure or renewable energy sectors
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including projections and ratio analysis, to support business decisions.
- Management Reporting: Prepare comprehensive management presentations and MIS reports to communicate financial performance and strategic insights.
- Loan Documentation & Compliance: Assist in the execution of loan agreements, security creation, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and loan covenants.
- Credit Rating Coordination: Liaise with credit rating agencies to obtain and maintain favorable external credit ratings.
- Fund Management: Oversee the issuance of Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC) as per business requirements.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Fund Raising & Credit Appraisal: Experience in structuring and raising funds, along with conducting credit appraisals.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint: Proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint for presentations.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
