We’re Hiring Research And Development Engineer @ HOF Furniture Systems – SindhubhavanDo you have a passion for innovation, design, and product development ?Do you love turning ideas into real, functional, and beautifully designed furniture?If yes, we’d love to meet youLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratDepartment: Research & Development (R&D)Experience: 5+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-time✨ What you’ll do:Lead the research, design, and development of new modular furniture products and components.Conduct reverse engineering to improve product design, performance, and manufacturability.Create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD (mandatory) and ZWCAD/Pytha (preferred) .Perform simulation and analysis for structural strength and material behavior.Select and evaluate materials such as steel, aluminum, and modular furniture components.Collaborate with production, purchase, quality, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.Prepare and maintain technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation .Oversee prototype development and testing to ensure quality standards.Research and implement new technologies and manufacturing methods for continuous innovation.✨ What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Design , or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in product design or R&D (preferably in modular furniture).Strong knowledge of AutoCAD ; familiarity with ZWCAD/Pytha is an advantage.Excellent understanding of mechanical design principles , materials , and manufacturing processes .Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Team player with excellent communication and coordination abilities.✨ What you'll GetCompetitive salary | Growth-focused environment | Employee-friendly workspaceInterested candidates can send their resumes to with the subject line: Application – R&D Engineeror connect on Know someone perfect for this role?
