Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and shape our hotel’s dining experience. This pivotal role involves developing the F&B department from the ground up—concept planning, menu design, recruitment, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design innovative F&B outlets and menus aligned with the Merlis brand. Develop SOPs to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and compliance. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team. Oversee daily F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Engage with guests, drive feedback initiatives, and curate promotions or events. Stay ahead of trends to continuously innovate and elevate offerings. What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts. Strong background in pre-opening, operations, and concept development.
