Key Responsibilities
Regional Nursing Management
Supervise and support nursing in-charges across regions to ensure consistent care standards and compliance with institutional policies.
Evaluate the performance of regional nursing teams and address operational challenges effectively.
Maintain and oversee a state-wise buffer pool of nursing staff to cover permanent absences.
Pan-India Recruitment
Plan and execute recruitment drives to secure skilled nursing professionals nationwide.
Anticipate workforce needs and implement strategies to build and sustain a robust talent pipeline.
Institutional Leadership
Serve as the national leader of nursing services, ensuring excellence in care delivery across all locations.
Implement, monitor, and enforce institutional policies and procedures for nursing services.
Strategic Workforce Planning
Assess nursing requirements and devise strategies to meet current and future demands.
Develop and implement programs for continuing education and periodic training for nursing staff.
Training and Professional Development
Organize professional development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
Train nursing staff to deliver monthly health talks in schools, promoting health awareness.
Guide and mentor nursing teams to improve performance, foster job satisfaction, and align with organizational objectives.
Health Basix Clinic Management
Oversee the operations of Health Basix clinics in schools and colleges, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Provide strategic direction to clinic nursing teams, resolving challenges and maintaining best practices.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
Ensure nursing practices comply with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Regularly review and update nursing protocols to reflect best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaboration and Coordination
Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated healthcare services.
Act as a liaison between nursing staff and leadership to align nursing goals with the organization’s vision.
Operational Monitoring
Cross-verify nursing attendance daily and monitor dashboard usage by school nurses.
Oversee the collection of bank details for new nursing hires and coordinate with the HR department.
Share monthly reports with the CEO to provide updates on nursing activities and operational metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory; a Master’s in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred.
Certification in Nurse Leadership or Management is advantageous.
Experience
At least 10 years of professional nursing experience, including significant leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-regional or nationwide nursing operations.
Key Competencies
Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in strategic planning, policy enforcement, and workforce management.
Thorough understanding of healthcare compliance, regulations, and quality assurance practices.
Salary - 60,000/- per month
Language - Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, English
