Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Image Editor located in Gurugram. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include photo retouching, image editing, and assisting in photography. The role also involves graphic design tasks and supporting eCommerce operations to ensure the highest quality of visual content for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit, retouch, and enhance images for e-commerce, social media, and marketing materials
  • Use 
    Adobe Lightroom
    , 
    Photoshop
    , and other editing tools to adjust lighting, color, sharpness, and clarity
  • Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, and ensure high-quality final output
  • Organize and maintain a structured library of edited and raw assets
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and content teams to understand creative direction and project requirements
  • Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics across all edited visuals
  • Meet daily/weekly deadlines while managing multiple editing tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in image editing and retouching
  • Knowledge of 
    Adobe Lightroom
     and 
    Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of image composition, lighting, and color correction
  • Ability to work with high volumes of images while maintaining quality
  • A keen eye for detail and a good visual sense
  • Basic understanding of digital asset management and file organization
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant editing and retouching work
