Sales Manager
We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives.
Following is the JD for the same. 1-4 years of Lead generation experience in IT services. Generate new International as well as domestic leads by using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Flexible and ready to adapt for new responsibilities in sales and marketing You'll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using LinkedIn for Web app development, Mobile app development, and SEO Services.
Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the sales team via various online marketing channels.
Proficient in understanding IT service offerings and the latest market trends Create Newsletters, Manuals, Brochure content, Company info, Corp Profile etc.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills. Excellent presentation skills and documentation. Should be able to create PowerPoint presentation and present the same to prospects and customers. Study our portfolio (project and services) and improvise it Need to have thorough knowledge about what we sell and serve Write and prepare for the yearly or frequent Global or Domestic Conventions Able to sell company products and services in domestic and international market Able to prepare business proposals by interacting with the internal Project teams Study company profile, products, and services to understand its marketing needs. Drive Sales & Marketing Strategies across all channels in IT Industry.
Drive Branding & Visibility in external forums, events & conference. Develop content for collaterals, Marketing proposals, case studies, presentations. Should be active and have knowledge on social media. May have good existing client relationships in the market Must be proactive and alert in understanding customers' requirements.
Should have a go-getter attitude in exploring new portals and ways of lead generation. Should have the Knowledge of tools to be used in email Marketing and proficiency in using marketing automation tools
Should have experience with a bidding portal freelancer, Upwork, Guru, PPH, etc. Must have experience in identifying the correct bids
Must have experience in writing creative bid content that stands out from the competition Client interaction/calling experience is an additional advantage.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills
