Mandatory Skill: S4HANA implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) during implementations.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP developments.
  • Provide post-go-live support and end-user training.
  • Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO.
  • At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and business accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.).
  • Experience in integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
