Job Title : MuleSoft Integration Developer (Workday Financials)

Location : Mumbai

Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days

Work Mode : Hybrid




Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
  • Integrate Workday Financials with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs .
  • Understand and handle financial data integrations with appropriate business context.
  • Build and maintain data integrations with SQL Server using JDBC connections.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data mappings , transformations, and orchestration flows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance , and integration standards .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and BI .
  • Maintain complete documentation for integration architecture , configurations, and processes.
  • Provide post-deployment support , troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for integration-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
  • Strong expertise in integrating with Workday , especially Financials APIs (SOAP/REST).
  • Solid experience working with SQL Server and JDBC -based data integrations.
  • Proficiency in DataWeave , RAML specifications , and API-led connectivity .
  • Experience with error handling , logging frameworks, and message transformation in MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and MuleSoft deployment best practices.
  • Strong analytical , problem-solving , and communication skills.
