JOB PURPOSE:Monitors, analyzes, and implements the process control plan for the plantInteracts with internal stake holders, to understand the manufacturing issues.Leads in engineering the manufacturing process to meet/exceed external customer expectationsEnables ongoing continuous improvement in standard deviation of all key process parameters in line with the Group Benchmarking reportFormulates, monitors and implements plans for achievement of consistent product quality with minimum process downtime and minimum quality complaints Demonstrate technical leadership on process.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor Engineering in Chemical from a premier institute (Like NIT) EXPERIENCE4-8 years of good experience in continuous manufacturing facility, specifically in a lead role of Process Management, with a good understanding of the plant organisation.
