Key Responsibilities Must Have Skills 8 years of overall industry experience At least 6 years of experience in Service Now ITOM domain Strong knowledge of Service Now ITOM modules Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration Deep understanding of CMDB design data integrity and dependency mapping Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices Service Now Certified System Administrator CSA and ITOM related certifications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Skills Exposure to Service Now ITOM integrations with monitoring tools eg Solar Winds Nagios Splunk Knowledge of cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure management Experience with automation frameworks and orchestration workflows Advanced ITIL certifications or Service Now Implementation Specialist certifications Familiarity with Dev Ops and AIOps concepts
