JOB DESCRIPTION


FEV Tutor (Focus Edumatics) is seeking candidates with strong experience in Talent Acquisition with proven ability in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives. Incumbents should have managed a team and played a role in advising and consulting business managers on matters such as talent sourcing strategies, talent market intelligence, benchmarking and talent attraction strategies. As a manager of talent acquisition, you will be an integral part of the India People team providing expertise in current recruitment trends, attraction and retention strategies. This is a dynamic team management role with responsibility of deploying talent acquisition strategies, policies and processes thereby contributing to growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this individual should be excellent at relationship building, analyzing, problem solving and communicating effectively.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.   
  • Manage and advise a team of talent acquisition specialists.
  • Partner with hiring managers, functional heads to understand staffing requirements, establish recruitment priorities, and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Drive end to end talent acquisition life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
  • Build a robust pipeline of A players for critical roles in the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, job boards providers, universities and professional associations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics and talent acquisition KPIs to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends, market insights, competitive intelligence and align practices accordingly. 
  • Conduct surveys and gather market intelligence. 
  • Strive towards building best in class talent acquisition processes that lead to candidate delight.
  • Conduct surveys to gather candidate insights and reengineer processes based on inputs.
  • Build governance mechanisms to monitor team’s performance at regular intervals.
  • Build, train and develop team members on an ongoing basis.   
  • Lead or participate in People projects as assigned or needed.


SUCCESS PROFILE


FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE


  • Education: Masters in Business Administration or equivalent degree (preferably in Human Resource Management)
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: A strong understanding of Talent acquisition principles & practices. 
  • Talent Sourcing : Possess good understanding of sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, skill development programs, campus hiring etc. 
  • Developing Assessment : Ability to understand each role and develop scorecards based on competencies required for the role. Have a good understanding of the online assessment tools.
  • ATS Knowledge: Possess skills of navigating through ATS and other technology enabled platforms. 
  • Campus Engagement: Ability to engage and hire through campuses for relevant roles 
  • Employer Branding (optional): Possesses intermediate skills in employer branding initiatives.
