Want to be a part of our team?Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

: 8+ years of experience security domainSkill

:Strong knowledge in Firewall, Load Balancer, common security issues including, malware, viruses, ransomware, and host intrusion,Strong knowledge of network, DAM, WAFAwareness about anti malware solution OpswatCertification

: CISSP, CISM, or CISAResponsibilitiesThird Level troubleshooting of security device issues.Risk Analysis and mitigation planningPlanning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery proceduresMust possess multi domain expertise and should be Independently manage and resolve the technical escalated and complex issues within SLAActively participate in troubleshooting and resolving of complex issues as an SME ensuring adherence to RCA processMaintain and improve mechanisms for proactive performance and risk assessment through the security solution and disseminate feedback to other internal security teamAdhere to all policies and proceduresService Improvement Plans & Problem Management Meeting scheduling with OEMsParticipate in change control board and/or change control process.Network Security support (Firewall, Load Balancer)Administration, capacity and upgrade of the WAF platformEstablish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.Keep networking devices firmware / OS up to date as per OEM recommended.Periodic complete architecture reviewSLA tracking with partners & OEMsQuarterly rule base review to identify unused rules, risky rules and closure of the gaps identifiedSchedule and implement IPSEC VPNParticipate in DR drill and provide necessary supportFirewall rule reviewTrack and maintain the policy deviations and exclusions in firewall policies.Skills SummaryAutomation Tools, Cloud Security, Firewalls, Local Area Network (LAN), Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Security Technologies, TCP/IP Networking, Threat Management
