This role works with multiple departments so having strong communication and problem-solving skills is helpful to the position.Job Responsibilities: Edit customer-provided artwork to company-specific product templatesEmail customers for proof approval and handle edit requestsCreate proof and production templates for new productsTroubleshoot and problem-solve design-related issues with files that affect productionVectorize art when the provided artwork is rasterBasic photography skillsMulti-task between different types of orders and specialty projects Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with an emphasis on production designIntermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)Strong work ethic and attention to detailWorks independently and can handle multiple prioritiesKnowledge or experience in the Promotional Products industry (preferred but not required)Knowledge or experience with Imprinting and/or Engraving (preferred but not required)
