Strong in month-end close , report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite). Hands-on with O2C and P2P flows; experience in eCommerce settlements . Knowledge of multi-revenue models across web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon/eBay). Proficient in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs , and dashboards. Familiar with integrations (WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking). Strong in process mapping, financial modeling, and data validation . Excellent in problem-solving, documentation , and explaining real-world scenarios. Responsibilities Configure and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows. Support month-end/year-end close , reconciliations, and reporting. Manage integrations with WMS, marketplaces, and banks. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches . Streamline O2C, P2P, R2R processes and close functional gaps. Model and track multi-stream revenues and settlements . Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy. Conduct UAT, training, and SOP documentation . Maintain governance, access control , and audit compliance.
