Avtar Group is looking for a strategic marketing leader to strengthen our brand presence, accelerate demand generation, and drive content-led engagement. The Senior Manager – Marketing will be responsible for developing an integrated marketing strategy, building thought leadership through compelling content, and delivering measurable impact across digital and offline channels.This role demands a balance of strategic vision, content expertise, and executional agility —ideal for someone who can influence, innovate, and inspire.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing LeadershipDefine and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy , aligned with organizational goals.Drive brand positioning and differentiation in competitive markets.Lead demand-generation campaigns that support business growth and revenue objectives.Partner with business leaders to ensure marketing is a growth enabler .Content Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute a content roadmap : thought-leadership articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, video, and event content.Ensure content quality, consistency, and storytelling excellence across all platforms.Optimize content for SEO/SEM and lead nurturing through marketing automation.Build Avtar Inc. as a trusted voice and knowledge hub in the industry.Digital & Campaign ExcellenceLead end-to-end integrated campaigns across email, social, paid ads, events, and PR.Measure, track, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics.Leverage tools like Hub Spot, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Zoho CRM to drive automation and personalization.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementManage, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team .Collaborate with sales, product, HR, and leadership teams to create unified market messaging.Build and manage external partnerships with agencies, vendors, and media partners .Candidate ProfileQualificationsMBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role .Experience & ExpertiseProven success in content-led marketing and brand strategy .Strong background in digital campaigns, inbound marketing, and demand generation .Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills .Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation and analytics tools .Prior exposure to B2 B services/consulting sector preferred.Core CompetenciesStrategic Vision & Market InsightContent Leadership & Brand StorytellingDigital Marketing & Demand GenerationData-Driven Decision MakingLeadership & Team DevelopmentInnovation & Growth MindsetAbout us :Avtar enables high-growth organizations to focus sharply on effective and sustainable talent strategies to make the workplace more inclusive —where people feel valued, engaged, and empowered to drive business success.
