As a Learning Designer, you will: Be part of a national initiative transforming disability inclusion in health professions education. Design and deliver inclusive, accessible learning experiences for educators across Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate with experts to create multimedia training resources, workshops, and case studies. Apply evidence-based learning design to support sustainable change in health education. Work flexibly in a dynamic, cross-institutional team committed to equity and innovation. To be successful, you’ll have: Hold a relevant degree with experience or possess extensive specialist knowledge in learning design or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in inclusive learning design, including Universal Design for Learning principles. Proven ability to design effective teaching, learning, and assessment materials, especially in health professions education. Skilled in facilitating inclusive workshops across digital, face-to-face, and blended environments. Capable of applying quality assurance processes and contributing to educational research and data analysis.
