JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID:     We are currently seeking a App. Software Dev. Prin. Cnslt. to join our team in GURGAON, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN). Key Responsibilities Architect and implement Backstage platform solutions tailored to organizational needs. Design and develop custom plugins and templates to extend Backstage functionality. Integrate internal and third-party tools (CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, etc.) into the Backstage ecosystem. Establish architectural standards and best practices for Backstage development and deployment. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption and usability of the platform. Lead performance optimization and scalability efforts for Backstage backend services. Mentor developers on Backstage plugin development and system architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Backstage and its plugin architecture. Proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API integration. Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Git workflows and version control systems.
