You will play a critical role in enhancing thevisibility and reputation of Adani's diverse portfolio of assets, contributing to theoverall brand equity and business objectives.Experience 10 - 15 years of experience in corporate industry with a focus on brandingand asset management. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading branding initiatives andcampaigns. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaboratingwith external agencies.Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive assetbranding strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand asset-specificbranding requirements and align strategies with business objectives. Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives and messaging thatresonate with target audiences for each asset. Manage the execution of branding campaigns, ensuring consistency andalignment with Adani's brand guidelines and values. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners,including agencies, vendors, and industry associations, to support brandinginitiatives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset branding,integrating innovative approaches into the overall strategy. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of branding specialists,fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,or related field. Master's degree or MBA in Marketing or Brand Management preferred.Certification required Professional certification in Brand Management or Marketing Strategy is
