Job Summary:

The Technical Sourcer will identify, source, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions.

Experience : 0 - 1 year

Qualification : Technical Degree/Any

Shift Timings : 6.00 pm to 3.00 am

Location : Nagole, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Identifies the most effective methods for sourcing and screening candidates.- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes.- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Looking for freshers or experienced who is willing to work in Night shift- Excellent Sourcing Skills- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills- Training will be provided on sourcing for freshers- Must be a quick learner.- Responsible for handling requirements from Canada and US based clients.
