We are a leading software consultancy headquartered in Mumbai, looking for a highly experienced 
Senior .NET Developer
 to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in 
.NET Core,
ASP.NET
MVC, and UI development
 to take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will not only excel in hands-on development but also contribute to architecture design, mentor team members, and drive best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development:
     Design, develop, enhance, and maintain end-to-end solutions using the latest .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC technologies.
  • Server-Side Development: Build robust, scalable, and high-performing server-side solutions.
  • Database Management:
     Optimize and manage SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Architecture & Design:
    Contribute to application design following MVC, SOA, and multi-tiered cloud architecture principles.
  • Framework Components
    : Develop and utilize framework components to improve efficiency and maintainability.
  • Quality Assurance
    : Leverage unit test automation frameworks to deliver high-quality, reliable code.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
    : Work closely with peers, guide junior developers, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Technical Leadership
    : Lead development initiatives, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver solutions on schedule.
  • Framework Utilization
    : Emphasize leveraging out-of-the-box framework features over custom development where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    10+ years
     of experience in 
    ASP.NET
     and 
    Microsoft application development
    .
  • Proven expertise in 
    UI development
     and strong hands-on experience in 
    server-side development
    .
  • Extensive experience with 
    MVC
    , 
    SOA
    , and 
    multi-tiered cloud-based applications
    .
  • Proficient in developing and reusing 
    framework components
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    unit test automation frameworks
     for .NET.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to 
    mentor, guide, and lead development teams
    .

Mandatory:
.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC,Entity Framework,SQL Server (stored procedures, schema design, optimization)Good to Have:
Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar tools for development productivity
