Required Core skills :

  • Manage QA/QC procedures and coordinate with various third-party inspection agencies
  • Expert knowledge in Butt welded pipe fittings, flanges, elbow, tee, reducer (SS /CS/MS) and components,
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the various manufacturing process
  • Proficient in material selection, fit-up, welding, visual, and dimensional inspection
  • Hands-on experience with NDT techniques (UT, RT, MT, DPT) and familiarity with ASME / ISO codes
  • Prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) as per applicable codes and client specifications
  • Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with customer requirements

Years of experience : Min 2-5 years
