We are looking for an experienced

Sr Financial Analyst - India & US Compliance & Audit

to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures and support

Audits and compliances

for India, US, Singapore and Indonesia.The ideal candidate should be hands-on and willing to jump in whatever necessary. We are looking for a careful, hardworking, and diligent person, that can multi-task several things at once, and stay on top of the entire checklist of things. Audit experience is mandatory

Role: Sr Financial Analyst - India & US Compliance & Audit Experience is RequiredLocation: Hybrid (Hyderabad)Work Timings : (2 PM to 11 PM)Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities :

Tax Compliance and Risk ManagementPrepare and review all the Compliances with the help of consultants in US & India , Singapore/Indonesia will be a PlusAnalyzing the Notices received and Addressing them with the help of consultants for all countries and submit risk finding report to the senior managementSubmit all transaction documents, resolve queries and liaise with tax consultants to ensure tax compliance for all Countries.Administer all direct tax and Indirect Tax processes/notices and compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax audit, payroll taxes etc.Lesioning with the tax consultant and auditors with respect to the submissions, Stat Audits, assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities in connection with the above.

Audit and Financial Statements preparation & Review

Preparation and analysis of Monthly/Quarterly/yearly financial statements as per GAAP.Hands on experience in finalization of accounts.Assist in planning and executing external review and audits.Gather and prepare documentation required for audits, including financial statements, transaction records, and compliance reports.Collaborate with auditors to address queries and provide necessary information.Review audit findings and work with management to develop and implement corrective actions.Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendationsProviding the audit support documentsExposure in addressing in audit questionsUnderstanding key business drivers and preparation of various MIS reportsDeveloping financial projections and building financial modelsGST scrutiny of books.

Skills:MBA (Finance)/CMA/CA Inter/ Equivalent qualification.3+ years of experience in Tax compliance Direct and Indirect, finalization of accounts and audit closure and replying audit questionsStrong Accounting and Compliance - Direct and Indirect taxes KnowledgeAbility to present financial information to a non-financial audienceWorking knowledge on US GAAP financials is value added.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDetail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environmentStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks/Zoho books
