Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced full-stack developer who has expertise in building modern web applications using Nuxt, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL, as well as experience with backend APIs, database design, and frontend framework development.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly web applications using Nuxt, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Develop reusable code components and libraries to improve development efficiency and reduce duplication of effort.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, and apply this knowledge to improve our applications
Requirements:
3+ years of experience building modern web applications using Node.js, Nuxt, and PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
Understanding of backend API design principles and best practices
Familiarity with database modeling and schema design
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with containerization using Docker
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Experience with other frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience working with Feathers.js
