This is a remote position.Role OverviewTrudoc is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative digital solutions in the Middle east. We are seeking a Sr. UX Designer to join our design team and enhance user experiences across our platforms.

Role ResponsibilitiesCo-own the design of user interfaces and user experiences for Trudoc’s digital products.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, taking ownership of projects and transforming brief, one-liner requirements into fully functional designs.Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.Collaborate with design leaders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging designs.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.Ensure designs are aligned with Trudoc’s brand and accessibility standards.Preferred QualificationsExperience with visual design and illustration skills are a plus.Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.Experience designing for the Middle East market a plus but not necessary.Bachelor's degree in art, Visual Graphics Design, or Human Interface Design.Requirements

Required SkillsMinimum of 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe AE, or similar.Excellent understanding of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design principles.People with prior experience in web development. You will not be required to code, but you having prior experience in programming will be a huge advantage to be successful in this role.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
