Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of capital risk requirements for client institutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs and objectivesTranslate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and implementation of risk management systemsPerform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current state and desired state of risk management systemsFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project deliveryParticipate in the design and testing of risk management systems to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standardsProvide guidance and support to clients in the implementation of risk management systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information TechnologyProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industryStrong knowledge of capital risk management concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirementsProficient in conducting gap analysis and creating technical specificationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and facilitate productive discussions
