Job Purpose:

Marwadi Financial Services is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager cum Dealer (RM cum Dealer).

Requirements:

● Qualification: B.Com /MBA Marketing any Graduate

● Experience: Minimum 1+ Years of corporate managerial experience SEBI / Exchanges / Broking / Stock Markets

● CTC: Based on the candidate's experience and merits / location (1.80 to 3.0 LPA)

● Location (across Gujarat):

- Saurashtra Region ( Talala, Una )- Gujarat Region ( Ahmedabad, Kalol, Visnagar, Khedbrahma, Talala, UNA )

Responsibilities:

● Trading in equity or Commodity terminal

● All mass file downloading, reading of research reports and limit opening for some special clients

● Trading activity, dormant client follow-up, some prospective client follow-up.

● Trade confirmation

● Business development, new acquisition, service call, marketing activity, etc.

● Reporting to the branch manager, any other service activity or follow-up work for business development.

● Acquisition of new clients of Equity, Commodity, currency, IBT, Derivatives, TPDs, etc.

● Reactivation of existing clients through personal meetings, seminars, conferences, telephonic calling etc. Discussing various lucrative investment opportunities and assisting them with various instruments like IBT, IPOs, NPS etc.

● To provide client service and engagement at 360-degree levels.

● Required to develop and execute customized events like Caonpi, customer awareness seminars, outdoor marketing activities etc.

● Providing branch operational support.

● Developing healthy relationships with sub-brokers and doing interventions with them as per the supervisor’s advice.

Skills:

● Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Problem Solving or Analysis skills.

● Should be Accurate and responsible.
