automated fin-ops processes using Osfin.ai. Osfin.ai is founded by alumni of IIT Kanpur with extensive

experience across product development and management consulting.

Responsibilities


1. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage continuous

integration/delivery pipelines.

2. Infrastructure Collaboration: Work with infra, network, and storage teams for provisioning

and optimizing deployment and configuration processes.

3. Development Collaboration: Ensure smooth and reliable software and system operations

through close collaboration with development teams.

4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring systems, manage performance, and

troubleshoot arising issues.

5. Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, patch, and extend Kubernetes environments.

6. Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the infrastructure’s security, scalability, & performance.

7. Hybrid Cloud Management: Implement and manage hybrid cloud setups, integrating

platforms like AWS and VMware, along with hybrid networking via SDN.

8. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends and best practices in the field.


What will you get to work on?


As a core member of the Engineering team at Osfin.ai, you will:

1. Experience setting up and maintaining production-grade K8s cluster.

2. Manage infrastructure on cloud environments, ensuring uptime, security, and cost-efficiency.

3. Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.


What do we expect from you?


1. Experience & Skills

o Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.

o Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and OCI.

o Strong experience with Cloud-based Kubernetes and/or Vanilla K8s.

o Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python, or a similar language.

o Must have experience with Oracle DB.

o Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

o Proficient in containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools like

Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.

o Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Helm.

o Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet,

Chef).

o Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.


2. Monitoring & Logging

o Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as ELK Stack, Prometheus,

Grafana, or APM solutions.

o Knowledge and application of DevOps security best practices.


3. Additional Requirements

o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

o Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, RHCE, CKE, or similar).

o Familiarity with VMware platforms.

o Location: Mumbai


4. Key Skills Overview

o Monitoring & Logging: Proficient with Prometheus, ELK Stack, APM tools.

o Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform and similar tools.

o Security: Knowledge of security best practices in a DevOps environment.

o VMware Expertise: Working knowledge of VMware platforms.
