Main Responsibilities 主要职责-Collect and analyze the technical and functional safety requirements of the controlled brake system from the customers, industry standards, legal and so on.-收集并分析来自客户，行业标准，法规等关于控制制动系统的技术及安全需求-Analyze and Evaluate the customer technical and functional safety requirements for the controlled brake system.-分析并评估客户对控制制动系统的技术及功能安全需求-Support to supply system solution for the customer projects.-支持给客户项目提供系统解决方案-Perform functional safety concept and create the system functional and technical requirements.-执行功能安全概念并制定系统功能及技术需求-Lead the functional safety analyses and define safety measurement （HARA , FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, ASIL Decomposition)-主导功能安全分析和制定具体安全机制（ HARA，FMEA，FTA，FMEDA，ASIL Decomposition）-Support hardware and software architecture design and system verification and validation, and safety assessment.-支持软硬件架构设计，支持系统确认和验证，以及安全评估-Compile function safety work products for project development forward-编写功能安全相关文档产出物支持项目开发向前推进-Coordinate the functional safety activities internally, with customers and suppliers during the whole development.-在整个开发周期，与内部，客户以及供应商协调功能安全活动

Experience/Education/Qualifications Level and Skills 任职资格Required Qualifications 基本要求-Bachelor’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, or Electrical Engineering-本科以上学历，车辆工程、控制工程，电子工程相关专业-Proficient in mastering with ISO26262.-非常熟练掌握标准 ISO26262-Familiar with Controlled Brake System and Vehicle Dynamics.-熟悉控制制动系统和车辆动力学-Excellent written and oral communications skills-具有优秀的书面及口头沟通能力-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others-具有优秀的团队协作能力-High level of analytical ability and ability to solve complex problems-具有解决复杂问题的分析能力和技巧

Preferred Qualifications 优先条件-Experience in controlled brake products development-具有控制制动产品开发经验-Experience in embedded control system design-具有嵌入式控制系统设计经验-Familiarity with basic electrical engineering concepts-熟悉基本电子工程知识-Familiarity or experience with ASPICE software development processes-熟悉 ASPICE 或具有 ASPICE 软件开发流程经验
