At Asteria Aerospace we are building a cutting edge drone operations management platform, that empowers businesses to utilize drones and fasten their digital transformation.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer who is passionate about building products that customers love.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Attend design briefs to understand requirements.
• Study product requirement documents in detail and ensure compliance of design to established product documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative and intuitive solutions for the product.
• Closely work with the UX designer and take the product from a wireframe stage to final hand-off to engineering.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Previous experience working in a web/mobile software product company in a relevant position
• Proficiency in Figma / Sketch or other visual design tools.
• Ability to present and defend your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Professional written and good interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for design aesthetics, but not at the cost of user experience.
