Summary:As Product Manager of WiFi and Alternative Connectivity within the Software Organization, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of your product by communicating the goals and maintaining the backlog. You will be collaborating closely with your Agile team and other product managers to ensure the platform supports the needs of all stakeholders. You are a key contributor to the product vision and roadmap. We are looking for a world class product leader and innovator to join our high-performing team to shape the future.

Job responsibilities include:Prioritization of user story backlog to meet all stakeholder needsEnsures the product backlog is transparent, visible and understoodCollaborates with the team to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance testsReviews and re-prioritizes the backlog in preparation for iteration planningCoordinates dependencies with other Product Managers within the Software OrganizationBuilds relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the new delivery software platformContinuously researches industry developments, new market trends and understands how our products are performing with current customersConsiders flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platformWorks cross functionally with other product areas within the Software Organization and across the enterprise

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.3 or more years of experience in cross-functional areas of leading organizational with focus on Embedded HW/SW components development and integrationProven experience in agile methodologiesStrong Customer-obsessed attitudeStrong business acumen with proven product category growth experience.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.Results-oriented and self-motivatedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix management environment to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated.Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the enterprise Passionate about automotive and mobility

Preferred Requirements:Masters in Technology, Finance or ManagementPrior product management experience with Computer network standards with a focus on WiFi standards, Automotive HW/SW components and/or low-level Android/iOS/Linux SW components Software development background in Linux, iOS and/or Android, with a major focus on networking Knowledge of vehicle EE architecture and protocolsExperience working in Scaled Agile EnvironmentsRecognized Scaled Agile CertificationsKnowledge of agile platforms like JIRA, IBM RTCProficient in French and/or Italian
