JOB ROLE- TALLY TRAINER

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Tally Trainer

with over 3 years of experience to deliver high-quality training to individuals and groups. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Tally ERP and its practical applications, with the ability to communicate concepts effectively to diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive training sessions on

Tally ERP (including Tally Prime)

for students, professionals, and corporate clients.Customize training content based on the audience's level of understanding and industry requirements.Design, develop, and update training modules, presentations, and exercises to align with current industry practices and Tally updates.Prepare practical case studies and hands-on activities to enhance learning outcomes.Conduct assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate trainees’ understanding of the concepts.Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews to participants.Offer post-training support to address trainees’ queries or doubts.Mentor participants to achieve proficiency in Tally operations and applications.Stay updated on Tally ERP updates, features, and industry best practices.Ensure the integration of latest functionalities and tools into the training curriculum.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in

Tally ERP (including Tally Prime)

and its features like GST, Payroll, Inventory Management, and Reporting.Hands-on experience in financial accounting, taxation, and compliance using Tally.Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.Experience in training individuals/groups from varied backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience

in Tally training or practical application.Certification in Tally is a plus.Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (e.g., GST, TDS).Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
