Complaint Management in collaboration with the service and quality teams of E+H LA in Germany Trainer for Service people of Sales Centers and customers, technical/product Trainer for Sales people Field work and customer visits for application consulting, product tests and troubleshooting Contact person for customer visits in-house and FATs Build-up and manage a regionalized information environment, e.g. in Sharepoint Presence at exhibitions in the region Skills: Majored in Chemical / electronics / environmental engineering / instrument / automation or related professional. Bachelor's degree or above Experience in process or environmental industry with a customer-oriented service mindset. Strong technical skills and interest in Liquid Analysis High cross-cultural and communication skills, international working experience Self-motivated, independent and reliable working style Fluent in English International business trips 4 to 8 years of expeience in relevant field
