Business Development Associate

Counsel interested students on Airblack makeup & beauty courses.
Drive revenue and enrolments into Airblack courses.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
What makes you a suitable candidate?
A minimum of 6 months of internship is required in B2C Sector or 1 year of proven work experience in B2C Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales role, preferably in the EdTech, Fintech, banking, BPO industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Compensation:
CTC at par with the market standards
Performance-based monthly incentives: Uncapped
