Global luxury brand specializing in diamond-studded watches and fine jewelry, is hiring a fluent English-speaking Sales Executive to lead our sales in the U.S. market. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries on live chat, phone calls, and emails. - Convince and assist customers in completing purchases. - Follow up with leads who did not buy and work on closing sales. - Reach out to jewelers in the U.S. to generate B2B sales opportunities. - Find prospects using LinkedIn and other online sources. - Support with directory listings and maintain sales records. Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). - Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (luxury/jewelry preferred). - Strong convincing and follow-up skills. - Comfortable working night shift (U.S. time zone). - Proactive, target-oriented, and confident in customer interaction.
