Position Overview:

We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and excellent attention to detail to join our company to provide Document Onboarding Support.

The role of Document Onboarding Support is pivotal in onboarding clients’ valuation report templates onto our platform. 

This will involve:

  • Reviewing client templates ensuring they are professionally formatted and consistent throughout
  • Annotate client templates with standard questions
  • Mapping with basic tags and conditions using Their proprietary Word Add-In
  • Testing the changes on their platform to ensure the tags and conditions operate as expected in the correct format
  • This role serves as a cornerstone in our software ecosystem, delivering significant value to clients while preserving their branding and autonomy.

Role Responsibilities - What you’ll be doing:

  • Review and validate clients' valuation report templates, identifying inconsistencies, errors, or omissions.
  • Map their data automation features to corresponding sections within the templates.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to enhance and optimise valuation report templates.
  • Maintain templates by promptly incorporating client-requested updates and modifications.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Document Automation Specialist and customer success team to deliver exceptional service and support.

Requirements - What we’re looking for:

  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • A thorough and organised approach to work.
  • Excellent Word capabilities including:
  • Creating and modifying styles including numbering, font size, spacing, and alignment
  • Creating and modifying table styles
  • Content control settings
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and oral, for effective and clear communication
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in maintaining and updating templates, using tools like HotDocs, Legito, and Contract Express, or manual experience with Word.

Work Schedule

As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 13:30 - 22:30 IST (08:00 am - 17:00 GMT)
