Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant channels. Individual will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for the D2C site.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Ads& Instagram Ads) and others.
Develop ad creatives (in collaboration with the creative team) that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s voice.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to ensure high relevance and ROI.
Monitor and analyze ad performance using analytics tools to assess key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns in real-time.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to identify the most effective strategies.
Familiarity with whatsapp/email marketing and CRM platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging advertising opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Budget management: Allocate and optimize the budget across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Generate and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for a D2C brand.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad management dashboards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for compelling ad copy and visuals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry news.
We would Prefer:
Experience with additional platforms such as Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Experience in eCommerce marketing.
