This product is designed to provide instant liquidity by allowing customers to take loans against their mutual fund investments, addressing the market gap for individuals seeking short-term financial flexibility without the need to liquidate their long-term investments.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CTO will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions and ensure the scalability and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the technology strategy and execution, aligning it with the company's business goals.

- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of our fintech platform.

- Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and robustness.

- Drive innovation and stay ahead of technology trends to keep our solutions competitive.

- Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions effectively.

- Establish and enforce best practices in software development and system architecture.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.


- Extensive knowledge of modern tech stacks and development practices.

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proven experience in developing scalable and secure technology solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
