Deloitte Bangalore is hiring Salesforce Business Analyst (8+ Years Experience) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Banking domain to bridge business needs and Salesforce technology solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud . You will lead requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery for large-scale banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops with banking stakeholders to gather detailed functional and technical requirements. Analyze core banking processes , identify gaps, and propose Salesforce-based solutions for efficiency and compliance. Create high-quality user stories with precise acceptance criteria and collaborate with developers for accurate delivery. Map customer journeys and process flows to optimize digital banking experiences. Support multi-stream Agile delivery teams during discovery, design, and build phases . Ensure solutions adhere to banking regulations, security standards, and Salesforce best practices . Act as a liaison between business, architects, and technical teams for seamless integration with banking systems. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services . Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and integrated environments. Experience with complex, multi-stream banking projects and regulatory compliance. Salesforce certifications are mandatory (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills .
