Job Description

Ensures global Intelligent automation platform(UiPath) & strategic technology roadmapMakes Recommendations for technologies & suppliers to be implemented in the Automation stack and supports decision makingContribute to target operating model by defining principles and toolsSupport head of Digital Transformation Solutions with strategical view and ensure that platform is reflecting long time business requirements and strategyProvide Automation expertise & enablement Provides consulting for analyzing automation potentials and feasibilitySupports stakeholders, business analysts and automation SPOCs during use case identification, assessments and prioritizationSupports lead architect with platform management and PoCsConducts Automation trainings in alignment with lead architectResponsible for global Automation delivery standardsDefines target operating model processes & standards and provides training & guidance on theseDecides on best automation solution/architecture for use cases (for escalations)In critical or difficult cases the Solution Architect reviews SDDs & TDDs, support business analysts during creation of documentation and provides quality review of documentationResponsible for communication to different countries around automation enablement, pipeline build and change management.Responsible for the management of large programsEnsure that the program is in line with governance & standardsMonitors risks and ensures timely escalationsManages program budgets and works with Automation Team Lead for resource planning

Qualifications

Highly experienced in Automation solution design, applying and combining several automation tools, platforms and solutions (UiPath experience would be preferred)Experience as a technical and solution architect will be an added advantageDeep understanding for long term stability and effectiveness of UiPath solutionsDeep understanding in enablement, Hyper automation lifecycle and Automation methodologiesBusiness strategy understanding is mandatory for this roleExtensive analytical and logical skillsProgram Management experience (PMP or PgMP certification would be great)Extensive experience in stakeholder managementBroad experience using and scaling several automation solutions and automation platformsDeep understanding of Automation technologies, Automation toolsets and data analytics – UiPath is a plusExtensive experience of the GBS IT organization & system landscape
