Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Ongole. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive branch growth, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
  • Sales and Business Development experience
  • Financial Analysis and Risk Management skills
  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
  • Prior experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role preferred
  • Should have minimum 5 Years of experience in Team Handling with Gold Loans Experience
