Job Description
Should be the SPOC for coordinating and procurement of all the MEP capital equipment’s(Owner Furnished Contractor Installed).
SPOC for all the OFCI materials related activities. Coordinate with all stakeholders and participate in the finalizing the OFCI materials list. Coordinate with procurement team on regular intervals and seek the update on daily basis. Update internally and client stakeholders on the daily status. Raising the risk flag if any items are getting delaying on time delivery and prepare for the mitigation how to get those items by on time to achieve the time lines. Preparing the reports and circulating to all at regular intervals. Coordinating with internal team to make all the necessary arrangements to before materials are getting delivered so it will be easy for installation. Driving the team and ensuring that all works. Coordination with clients stakeholders and updating the status on daily basis.
Qualifications
Rich experience in base build MEP projects execution, (Industrial background with basic procurement knowledge experience is an added advantage).
