Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and goal-driven AR Callers to join our dynamic US healthcare team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for calling insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on pending claims.

Key Skills Required:

Good Communication Skills (English Verbal & Written)

Basic Knowledge of Denial Management, RCM, CPT/ICD codes

Understanding of US Healthcare Insurance Terms (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)

Ability to work in Night Shifts (US Timing)

Shift Timings:

Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) | Monday to Friday
