Job Description: ServiceNow Portal Developer Location: Hyderabad (preferred), BangaloreExperience: 5+ yearsSkills: ServiceNow, Portal Development Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and implement custom portals within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Service Portal Development, and scripting, along with expertise in integrations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals to meet business requirements. Implement Service Portal widgets and ensure seamless user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Perform integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow Integration Hub or APIs. Write and debug scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, or similar technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Portals and associated workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Service Portal development. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality. Experience in developing and customizing widgets using AngularJS and JavaScript. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript. Experience with API-based integrations and data exchange. Familiarity with ITSM processes and other ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
