Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and implement custom portals within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Service Portal Development, and scripting, along with expertise in integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals to meet business requirements.
  • Implement Service Portal widgets and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow Integration Hub or APIs.
  • Write and debug scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, or similar technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Portals and associated workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Service Portal development.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality.
  • Experience in developing and customizing widgets using AngularJS and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
  • Experience with API-based integrations and data exchange.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and other ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
