Sales Development Representative

Role Description
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our innovative Gen AI solution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate appointments and qualified opportunities by rigorously researching and prospecting within the assigned region/market.
Initiate cold calls, creative email campaigns, and other outreach strategies to engage and convert prospects.
Understand customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team to ensure a smooth handover.
Execute outreach campaigns using personalized and strategic messaging to engage prospects.
Maintain and update records in the company’s CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up.
Develop creative emails and strategies to capture the interest of potential customers and nurture leads.
Leverage sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM for efficient prospecting and engagement.
Stay informed about SaaS sales trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the role.
Education Qualifications
Graduates / MBA
Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience as an SDR in the SaaS space preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in SaaS sales will also be considered.
Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling outreach messages.
Ability to read emotional cues, understand customer needs, and steer conversations effectively.
A keen ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
