Job Title : Senior AI Bot Developer (AI/Ml, LLM)


Job Description : We are seeking a Senior AI Bot Developer with fine-tuning expertise over 3 years of experience to customize and optimize pre-trained AI and ML models from leading providers such as OpenAI, Gemini Pro, LLaMA 3, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, FireworksAI, MistralAI, TogetherAI, and more. This role involves deep expertise in machine learning, model fine-tuning techniques, and a strong ability to work with diverse datasets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, integrating, and maintaining intelligent AI bots using various APIs and frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) technologies to create sophisticated and efficient AI bot solutions.


Responsibilities :

  • Design and Development : Design, develop, and deploy AI bot applications using cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies.
  • Customization and Optimization : Fine-tune pre-trained AI/ML models from various providers to meet specific business needs, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
  • Data Handling : Work with a variety of datasets to adapt models to specific tasks and industry requirements.
  • Performance Evaluation : Continuously evaluate and monitor model performance, making necessary adjustments and improvements to ensure optimal results.
  • Integration : Integrate AI bot solutions with various platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and enterprise systems.
  • Optimization : Maintain and optimize AI bot performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and high accuracy in interactions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to AI bot functionality, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and ML technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Documentation : Document fine-tuning processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.


Requirements :

  • Experience : At least 3 years of experience in developing AI bots using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Dialogflow. At least 3 years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on model fine-tuning and customization.
  • Programming Skills : Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. TypeScript, React.Js
  • Development: Django, Flask, NextJs, Tailwind CSS
  • ML Frameworks : Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face libraries and frameworks .
  • Model Expertise : Strong understanding of transfer learning, model fine-tuning techniques, and familiarity with models from providers like OpenAI, Gemini Pro, LLaMA 3, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, FireworksAI, MistralAI, and TogetherAI.
  • Data Skills : Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation techniques, and handling large datasets.
  • Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex model tuning challenges.
  • NLP Tools : Proficiency with NLP tools and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or BERT.
  • API Integration : Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication : Good communication and teamwork abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cloud Skills : Cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML) and publishing research or presenting findings in conferences.
