Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards and safety protocols
  • Lead and mentor shop-floor teams to improve productivity and skill development
  • Collaborate with design and planning teams to optimize fabrication workflows
  • Monitor machine performance and initiate preventive maintenance actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
  • Maintain documentation for process control, production reports and compliance audits
  • Support new product development and prototyping activities
  • Hands-on expertise in CNC Turning, VMC, Laser Cutting, MIG/TIG Welding and general fabrication.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Qualification: BE Mechanical
  • Experience: 6-10 years

Preferred Skills

  • Strong man-management and team leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and cost control strategies
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and process documentation
