Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).Responsibilities:
Manage and own P&L for core business units, including forecasting losses, optimizing costs, and forecasting profits. Monitor costs across business units and product verticals, providing ideas for cost optimization. Prepare monthly financial reports and income statements, highlighting key insights and trends. Handle MIS, projections, and business-critical line items with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Qualified CA /MBA from premier institutes is preferred. 1 to 1.5 years of experience in financial analysis, P&L management, and cost optimization, preferably in Fintech, Top 5 NBFCs, or Banks. Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation software, with advanced capabilities in filters, pivot tables, etc. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex data effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Demonstrated ownership mentality and self-starting attitude, with a focus on achieving results and continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.Desired Skills and Experience:
Financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, MIS, CA, financial analysis, and budgeting. Ability to summarize complex data and thoughts into actionable communications.
