We utilize our world-class manufacturing facilities in the U.S., India and Malaysia to continue to put forth excellent engineering solutions aligned with efficient manufacturing to meet high-volume production requirements Responsibilities Good Knowledge and working experience in all types of Component attributes / selection.

  • BoM Scrub, FFF Alternates suggestion, Life-cycle and Obsolescence Management.
  • Identify Product Life-cycle, Obsolete, EOL, Compliance, Supply-Chain issues and suggest alternates.
  • Sound working knowledge in RoHS/REACh/Conflict Minerals and other Chemical compliance Regulations (IMDS, PFOS, TSCA, DecaBDE etc).
  • Strong working experience in recommending Electrical, Electronics and Electro-Mechanical alternates for all threats.
  • Review, understand and process PCN/ECNs internally.
  • Loading BoMs to Sourcing Tools like Quotewin for RFQ and process the data on regular basis.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively by telephone, correspondence, and in person.
  • Coordinates assigned project with engineering and RFQ team to assure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple quotes simultaneously and meet expected timelines.
  • Communicate with sales and reps for any missing proposal information and follow-ups.
  • Review and analyze material costs, routings, labour, custom tooling, and all other cost aspects of quotes.
  • Assist with various other duties as assigned like BOM preparation/comparisons and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on environmental matters. Proficient in Excel, Access and D-365 Utilities Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Motivated and possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervision Qualifications Qualification: Engineering in E & C Experience: 5+ yrs
