Role Description
With your expertise and experience, you will contribute to the successful implementation of plumbing designs, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
You will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers and project team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop comprehensive design concepts, including plumbing design, creating construction drawings, fire protection, and HVAC design, considering project requirements and client specifications.
Preparation of schematics for sewage lines, rain water harvesting.
Designing for both internal and external plumbing lines.
Preparing detailed water supply system and sewage disposal system.
Prepare detailed design calculations, load estimates, and equipment selection for plumbing systems.
Utilize design software and tools to create 2D and 3D models, schematics, and construction drawings.
Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of design documents to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Perform site visits and inspections to verify the implementation of plumbing designs and address any on-site challenges or modifications.
Qualifications
Plumbing Design, Construction Drawings, Fire Protection, and HVAC Design skills
Experience in plumbing and related design work
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
